Thank you to everyone who came and helped out, visited, bought things and took part in the tombola on Saturday at our Fete. It was a great day and the weather did not disappoint.

We had the added bonus of a fire engine arriving, which was very popular, followed by an ice cream van - who kindly gave us some of their profits.

I am very pleased to report that Friends of Castle made an impressive £3346 from the 2 hours - and that's all thanks to you for buying the tokens and sending them generously around the fete.
