On Friday 20^th January, Jan from The Newbury Show Ground Education Team visited Post 16 to run a Breakfast workshop.  The students helped to prepare fruit for smoothies before tasting two different types.  They then helped to make porridge before tasting that again! They listened to a talk on the importance of breakfast and were able to have a go at ‘milking’ Buttercup the cow.  Finally, they planted barley, wheat and oat seeds.  A really enjoyable workshop for everyone!
