On Thursday 7^th December Oxford and Totnes class visited Sparsholt College as part of their Vocational Studies. 

We explored Horticulture and Animal care. We first visited the horticulture department and had a tour of their greenhouses, we then visited their sheds and looked at the different types of machinery used on site. The students then planted up some herbs in the greenhouse and got to take home a pot of their own.

Afterwards we went to the animal care centre. The students were able to have a tour of the animals then were able to handle some small mammals; rabbits, Guinea pigs and ferrets.
