On Tuesday night (5th June) we had a great time celebrating the achievements of our violin and double bass students. Firstly, Sean introduced himself and gave an open lesson for the parents to watch explaining what was going on to the parents and how this feeds in to the learning of the instrument. This was punctuated by short performances of things that they had been studying over the year. Parents were pleased and enthusiastic seeing the concentration and engagement of the students as well as their professionalism and teamwork in playing. We followed the short performance with a short question and answer session which allowed parents to ask any questions about lessons going forward. If any questions arise in the near future.
